3. Nastavení

3.1 Počáteční nabíjení

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your MX Keys S keyboard. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).

3.2 Připojení klávesnice

The MX Keys S keyboard offers dual connectivity options: Bluetooth Low Energy and the included Logi Bolt USB receiver.

3.2.1 Via Logi Bolt USB Receiver

1. Zapojte USB přijímač Logi Bolt do volného USB portu na vašem počítači.
2. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch located on the top right edge.
3. The keyboard should automatically connect to the receiver. If not, press and hold one of the Easy-Switch keys (1, 2, or 3) until the LED blinks rapidly, then follow on-screen prompts if any.

3.2.2 Via Bluetooth Low Energy

1. Zapněte klávesnici pomocí vypínače.
2. Press and hold one of the Easy-Switch keys (1, 2, or 3) for three seconds until the LED blinks rapidly. This indicates the keyboard is in pairing mode.

3.3 Installing Logi Options+ App

For full customization and advanced features, download and install the Logi Options+ app from the official Logitech website. This application is available for Windows and macOS.

4.2 Smart Actions

Smart Actions allow you to automate repetitive tasks with a single keystroke. You can create and share these time-saving shortcuts using the Logi Options+ app.

• Open the Logi Options+ app.
• Navigate to the Smart Actions section.
• Create new Smart Actions or use pre-defined templates to streamline your workflow.

4.3 Smart Illumination

The keyboard features smart backlighting that lights up as your hands approach and automatically adjusts to the ambient lighting conditions. You can further customize the illumination brightness and duration through the Logi Options+ app.

• Press the F6 (dim) or F7 (brighten) keys to manually adjust backlight intensity.
• Use Logi Options+ for advanced lighting customizations.

4.4 Přepínání více zařízení

The MX Keys S can be paired with up to three devices simultaneously. Use the Easy-Switch keys (1, 2, 3) located on the top right of the keyboard to seamlessly switch between connected devices.

• Press the Easy-Switch key corresponding to the device you wish to use. The LED above the key will light up to indicate the active connection.

5.1 Čištění

Pro zachování výkonu a vzhledu klávesnice:

• Disconnect the keyboard from power and devices before cleaning.

The MX Keys S uses a rechargeable Li-Po battery. To maximize battery life:

• Charge the keyboard when the battery indicator is low.

6.1 Problémy s připojením

• Klávesnice se nepřipojuje: Ensure the keyboard is turned on and fully charged. Re-pair the keyboard via Bluetooth or re-insert the Logi Bolt receiver.
• Rušení: Move the keyboard closer to your device or away from other wireless devices that might cause interference.
• macOS FileVault: If FileVault is enabled on your macOS computer, it might prevent entering your password at startup or reboot when connected via Bluetooth. In such cases, use the Logi Bolt USB Receiver.

6.2 Podsvícení nefunguje

• Úroveň baterie: Ensure the keyboard has sufficient battery charge. Backlighting may be disabled or dimmed when the battery is low.
• Okolní světlo: The smart illumination adjusts to ambient light. In bright environments, the backlight may appear off or very dim.
• Logi Options+ Settings: Check the backlighting settings in the Logi Options+ app to ensure it is enabled and configured as desired.
