Pokyny pro nastavení

  1. Rozložte nohy: Gently pull the base legs outwards until they snap securely into place, forming a stable tripod stand.
  2. Attach Food Chute: Release the chute cover and attach the food chute to the main unit.
  3. Kontejner pro sběr pozic: Slide the collection container underneath the slicer opening until it is securely in place.

Návod k obsluze

The SupMaKin Mandoline Slicer offers various cutting modes and thickness adjustments without needing to change blades. All adjustments are made using the integrated knobs.

Adjusting Cut Type and Thickness

  • Thickness Adjustment (Dial C): Rotate the central dial (Dial C) to select your desired slice thickness, ranging from 1mm to 8mm.
  • Cut Type Adjustment (Knobs A & B):
    • Pro Plátky: Ensure both Knobs A and B are disengaged (not rotated).
    • Pro Proužky: Rotate the right knob (Knob B) 360 degrees to engage the stripping blades.
    • Pro Julienne: Rotate the left knob (Knob A) 360 degrees to engage the julienne blades.
    • Pro Kostky: Rotate both Knobs A and B 360 degrees to engage both sets of blades for dicing.

Slicing and Chopping Process

  1. Prepare your ingredient by washing and peeling if necessary. For optimal results, ensure ingredients fit comfortably into the feeding port.
  2. Place the ingredient into the food chute.
  3. Position the food guard over the ingredient, ensuring it securely holds the food.
  4. With one hand holding the top handle and the other pressing down on the food guard, push the ingredient downwards in a smooth, continuous motion. The lever principle design makes this effortless.
  5. Repeat the motion until the ingredient is fully processed. The cut pieces will collect in the container below.
