1. Úvod

Thank you for choosing the FOHERE Electric Kettle. This manual provides important information regarding the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new appliance. Please read it thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

This electric kettle features precise temperature control, a rapid boiling system, and a convenient keep-warm function, making it ideal for various hot beverages and culinary needs. Its durable borosilicate glass and stainless steel construction ensure both safety and longevity.

2. Důležité bezpečnostní pokyny

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, basic safety precautions should always be followed.

• Před použitím spotřebiče si přečtěte všechny pokyny.

4. Nastavení a první použití

Rozbalení:

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials from the kettle and its accessories.
2. Inspect the kettle for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

Před prvním použitím:

1. Naplňte konvici čistou vodou po rysku MAX.
2. Boil the water (select 100°C/Boil Black preset).
3. Převařenou vodu vylijte.
4. Tento postup opakujte 2–3krát, abyste odstranili veškeré zbytky z výroby.
5. Vnější povrch konvice otřete měkkým, damp tkanina.

Umístění:

• Place the power base on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Ujistěte se, že napájecí kabel nevisí volně nebo se nedotýká horkých povrchů.
• Keep the kettle away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.

5. Návod k obsluze

Plnění konvice:

• Vyjměte konvici z její napájecí základny.
• Open the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark.
• Close the lid securely and place the kettle back on the power base.

Temperature Selection and Boiling:

The kettle offers 6 preset brewing programs and a custom temperature control function.

1. Zapnutí: Press the ON/OFF button. The LED display will light up.
2. Vyberte předvolbu: Press the 'PROGRAM' button repeatedly to cycle through the 6 preset temperatures:
   • Boil Black: 100°C (for black tea)
   • French Press: 95°C (for French press coffee)
   • Oolong Tea: 90°C
   • White Tea: 85°C

   • Delicate Tea: 70°C
3. Vlastní teplota: Alternatively, use the 'CUSTOM TEMP' button to adjust the temperature in 5-degree increments from 40°C to 100°C.
4. Začněte vařit: Once the desired temperature is selected, press the 'START/CANCEL' button. The kettle will begin heating.
5. Zvukový signál: An audible signal will sound when the water reaches the set temperature. This can be muted by pressing the 'MUTE' button for 3 seconds.
6. Automatické vypnutí: The kettle will automatically turn off once the target temperature is reached or if it runs dry.

Funkce udržování teploty:

The kettle can maintain the selected temperature for up to 120 minutes (up to 96°C).

1. After selecting your desired temperature and starting the heating process, press the 'KEEP WARM' button.
2. The kettle will heat the water to the set temperature and then maintain it for 120 minutes.

Použití čajového nálevníku:

The removable tea infuser allows for direct brewing of loose leaf tea or tea bags within the kettle.

1. Place your desired amount of loose leaf tea or tea bags into the stainless steel infuser.
2. Insert the infuser into the kettle, ensuring it is properly seated.
3. Fill the kettle with water and select your desired brewing temperature.
4. Once the water reaches the temperature, allow the tea to steep for the recommended time.
5. Carefully remove the infuser once steeping is complete to prevent over-extraction. Use a heat-resistant glove or cloth as the infuser will be hot.

The kettle has a 10-minute memory function that saves your last temperature and time settings, eliminating the need to re-enter them for repeated use within this timeframe.

6. Údržba a čištění

Regular cleaning and descaling are essential to maintain the performance and longevity of your FOHERE Electric Kettle.

Denní úklid:

• Před čištěním konvici vždy odpojte ze sítě a nechte ji zcela vychladnout.

• Rinse the interior of the kettle with clean water.
• The tea infuser can be rinsed under running water or washed with mild dish soap. Ensure it is thoroughly dry before reinserting.
• Do not immerse the power base or the kettle's electrical components in water.

Descaling (Removing Limescale):

Limescale buildup can affect the kettle's performance and taste of your beverages. It is recommended to descale regularly, especially in areas with hard water.

1. Připravte si roztok: Naplňte konvici 1 šálkem destilovaného octa nebo citronové šťávy a 2 šálky vody (poměr 1:2).
2. Vaření a namáčení: Směs povařte a poté ji nechte 2 hodiny louhovat v konvici.
3. Čistý: Empty the solution, then wipe away any limescale with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge.
4. Opláchněte: Rinse the kettle thoroughly with clean water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
5. Opakovat: Repeat the process if necessary for stubborn buildup.
