2. Bezpečnostní pokyny
Adhering to these safety guidelines is crucial to prevent injury and damage to the inverter or connected equipment.
- Vysoký objemtage Varování: The inverter operates with high DC and AC voltages. Only qualified personnel should perform installation and maintenance.
- Bezpečnost baterie: Batteries can produce explosive gases. Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not smoke or allow sparks/flames near batteries. Wear eye protection.
- Správné uzemnění: Měnič musí být řádně uzemněn, aby se zabránilo úrazu elektrickým proudem.
- Větrání: Měnič instalujte v dobře větraném prostoru, aby nedošlo k jeho přehřátí. Neblokujte větrací otvory.

4. Nastavení a instalace

4.1 Vybalení a kontrola
- Carefully unpack the inverter and inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
- Ověřte, zda jsou přítomny všechny součásti uvedené v dodacím listu.
4.2 Montáž
- Mount the inverter on a non-flammable, sturdy surface.
- Ensure sufficient clearance around the inverter for proper ventilation (at least 20 cm on all sides).
- Vyhněte se přímému slunečnímu záření, zdrojům tepla a vlhkosti.
4.3 Zapojení kabeláže

a. DC Battery Connection:
- Connect the positive (+) terminal of the 48V battery bank to the red (+) terminal on the inverter.
- Connect the negative (-) terminal of the 48V battery bank to the black (-) terminal on the inverter.
- Use appropriate gauge cables for the current draw. Ensure connections are tight and secure.
- Install a DC circuit breaker or fuse between the battery bank and the inverter for protection.
b. AC Input Connection (Grid/Generator):
- Connect the 240V AC input source (utility grid or generator) to the AC input terminal block on the inverter.
- Ensure correct wiring for HOT1 and HOT2. This inverter requires a 240V AC input for its charging function and bypass.
- Install an AC circuit breaker for the input line.
c. AC Output Connection (Loads):
- Connect your 120V/240V AC loads to the AC output sockets or terminal block.
- The inverter provides split-phase output, allowing for both 120V and 240V loads.
- Ensure the total load does not exceed the inverter's capacity.
d. Grounding:
- Connect the inverter's ground terminal to a reliable earth ground. This is a critical safety step.
4.4 Počáteční zapnutí
- Dvakrát zkontrolujte správnost a těsnost všech kabelových spojů.
- Ensure all circuit breakers are in the OFF position.
- First, turn ON the DC circuit breaker from the battery bank.
- Then, press the ON/OFF button on the inverter's front panel. The LCD display should illuminate.
- If using AC input, turn ON the AC input circuit breaker.
- Finally, turn ON the AC output circuit breakers to power your loads.
5. Provozní režimy
The inverter offers five distinct operating modes to suit various power management needs. These modes can be configured via the front panel controls.
- AC/Line Priority Mode: In this mode, the inverter prioritizes AC input (utility or generator) to power the load and simultaneously charges the battery bank. If the AC input fails, the inverter automatically switches to battery power.
- Režim priority baterie: The inverter primarily uses battery power to supply the load. When the battery voltage drops below a set threshold, it switches to AC input (if available) to power the load and charge the batteries. Once batteries are sufficiently charged, it reverts to battery power. This mode includes low voltage restore and protect settings.
- Režim ECO: This energy-saving mode puts the inverter into a low-power standby state when the load is less than 10% of its capacity. When the load increases above 10%, the inverter automatically activates and resumes normal operation.
- Režim generátoru: Designed for use with unstable generator AC input. The inverter regulates the incoming 240V AC from the generator, matches it to 60Hz, and provides a stable output voltage v normálním provozním rozsahu.
- Bezobslužný režim: Similar to Battery Priority, but with automatic recovery. When battery voltage is low, the inverter enters standby. It automatically restores normal inverter output once the battery voltage recovers (e.g., from solar charging), enabling fully automatic operation without manual intervention. This mode also features low voltage restore and protect settings.
6. Battery Settings
The inverter allows for customization of battery parameters to optimize charging and discharge cycles for different battery chemistries.

- Pre-set Options: SLA, AGM, GEL, Li-ion, Flooded.
- Customize Option: For specific battery chemistries like LiFePO4, you can use the 'Customize' setting to manually input charge voltage and other parameters. Refer to your battery manufacturer's specifications for recommended values.
6.2 Nastavitelný nabíjecí proud
The maximum AC charging current can be adjusted from 0A to 35A. This allows you to match the charging rate to your battery bank's capacity and manufacturer recommendations.

- Disable Charging: Setting the current to 0A will disable the AC charging function.
7. Údržba
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your inverter.
- Čištění: Periodically clean the exterior of the inverter and ensure ventilation openings are free from dust and debris. Use a dry cloth; do not use liquid cleaners.
