Setup and First-Time Use

One Earbud Not Working or Pairing Issues
If one earbud is not working or you experience pairing difficulties, follow these steps to reset and re-pair:

- Press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them off.
- Release, then press and hold both earbuds again for 8 seconds until the LED lights on both earbuds flash. This indicates a reset.

- Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings, forget "EKSA GT1" if it's listed, and then re-pair.
