5. Nastavení

5.1 Připevnění brusného papíru

1. Ujistěte se, že je bruska odpojena od zdroje napájení.
2. Lift the metal clampna obou koncích brusného talíře.
3. Insert one end of the sandpaper sheet under one clamp a zabezpečit to.
4. Wrap the sandpaper tightly around the sanding pad, ensuring it is flat and wrinkle-free.
5. Vložte druhý konec brusného papíru pod druhý clamp a pevně jej zajistěte.
6. Verify the sandpaper is properly tensioned and centered on the pad.

5.2 Připojení odsávání prachu

For cleaner operation and to minimize airborne dust, connect the provided dust extraction tube to the sander's dust port.

1. Vyhledejte otvor pro odsávání prachu v zadní části brusky.
2. Firmly push the dust extraction tube onto the dust port until it is securely attached.
3. Ensure the tube is not kinked or obstructed during operation.

6. Návod k obsluze

6.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

1. Ensure the sander is properly set up with sandpaper and dust extraction.
2. Zapojte napájecí kabel do vhodné elektrické zásuvky 230 V.
3. To turn the sander ON, press the power switch located on the handle.
4. Chcete-li brusku VYPNOUT, uvolněte nebo znovu stiskněte hlavní vypínač v závislosti na typu vypínače.

6.2 Technika broušení

• Brusku vždy držte pevně oběma rukama.
• Před zapnutím brusky ji položte naplocho na obrobek.
• Apply light, even pressure. Let the tool do the work. Excessive pressure can lead to an uneven finish and reduce motor life.
• Move the sander in smooth, overlapping strokes across the surface. For best results, sand along the grain of the wood.
• Avoid tilting the sander, as this can create gouges or uneven spots.
• Po dokončení brusku před vypnutím zvedněte z obrobku.

7. Údržba

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Kinzo Orbital Sander.

7.1 Čištění

• Před čištěním vždy odpojte brusku ze zásuvky.
• Použijte měkký, damp hadříkem otírejte vnější část nástroje. Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie ani abrazivní čisticí prostředky.
• Periodically clear dust from the ventilation slots using compressed air or a soft brush to prevent overheating.

7.2 Sandpaper Replacement

• Replace sandpaper when it becomes worn, torn, or no longer effectively removes material.
• Follow the steps in Section 5.1 for attaching new sandpaper.

7.3 Systém odsávání prachu

• Empty the dust collection bag/container regularly to maintain efficient dust extraction.
