4. Nastavení a instalace

4.1 Výběr místa instalace

The Tenda CH9 camera is designed for versatile installation. Consider areas that provide optimal coverage and a stable Wi-Fi signal. The camera's bracket allows for 260° horizontal adjustment, and the fixed lens can be adjusted 35° vertically, offering flexibility in positioning.

4.2 Fyzická instalace

1. Montáž: Use the provided installation template to mark drill holes on your chosen surface (wall, ceiling, or pole). Secure the camera bracket using the screws and wall plugs.
2. Připojení napájení: Connect the camera to the power adapter. Ensure the power source is stable.
3. Internetové připojení: The camera supports both wired (Ethernet) and wireless (Wi-Fi 6) connections. For Wi-Fi setup, ensure your router is within range and provides a strong 2.4 GHz signal.

4.3 App Setup (TDSEE App)

1. Stáhnout aplikaci: Download the TDSEE app from your smartphone's app store.

3. Přidat zařízení: Follow the in-app instructions to add your Tenda CH9 camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera and connecting it to your Wi-Fi network.
4. Lens Calibration: After initial setup, calibrate the two lenses within the app to ensure proper alignment and tracking functionality. This involves adjusting the pan/tilt to align the center of the fixed lens image with the center of the PT lens image.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Živě View and Dual-View

Access the live feed from your camera through the TDSEE app. The dual-lens system allows you to view both the fixed lens perspective and the PTZ lens perspective simultaneously on the same screen, providing comprehensive coverage.

5.2 PTZ Control and 3D Positioning

Use the PTZ controls within the app to remotely adjust the pan and tilt of the movable lens. The 3D positioning feature allows you to tap on any area in the fixed lens view, and the PTZ lens will automatically rotate and zoom to that specific point.

5.5 Obousměrný zvuk

Utilize the two-way audio feature to communicate with visitors or deter unwanted guests. You can speak through the app, and your voice will be projected through the camera's speaker. The camera's microphone will capture audio from the surveillance area.

5.6 Patrol Mode

Set up a patrol schedule for the camera to automatically rotate and monitor predefined key positions. After completing a patrol, the camera will return to its designated park position, ensuring continuous coverage of critical areas.

6. Údržba

• Čištění: Pravidelně čistěte čočky fotoaparátu měkkým, suchým hadříkem, abyste zajistili ostrý obraz. Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie.
• Aktualizace firmwaru: Check the TDSEE app periodically for firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance and security.
• Napájení: Ensure the power adapter and cable are free from damage. Use only the original power adapter provided.
• Správa úložiště: Pokud používáte kartu Micro SD, pravidelně jiview a spravovat nahrané footage to prevent the card from filling up.

7. Řešení problémů

7.1 Bez napájení

• Check if the power adapter is securely connected to the camera and a working power outlet.
• Ověřte funkčnost elektrické zásuvky zapojením jiného zařízení.

7.2 Problémy s připojením k Wi-Fi

• Ujistěte se, že je kamera v dosahu vašeho Wi-Fi routeru.
• Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz, as the camera primarily uses this frequency for initial setup.
• Zkontrolujte správnost hesla k Wi-Fi.
• Restartujte router a kameru.

7.3 Špatná kvalita obrazu

• Clean the camera lenses to remove any dust or smudges.
• Ensure the camera is receiving sufficient light, especially during the day.
• Zkontrolujte rychlost síťového připojení. Pomalé připojení může ovlivnit kvalitu streamování.
• Adjust image parameters (brightness, contrast, saturation) in the TDSEE app.
