This section guides you through the initial setup of your XSTO ZW7250GC Electric Stair Climber.
1.1 Rozbalení a sestavení
Carefully unpack all components from the box. Ensure all parts are present before proceeding with assembly.

1.2 V-Arm Mounting
Attach the V-arm to the main frame. Unscrew the two screws on the V-arm, align the screw holes on the frame, and then install the V-arm. Tighten the screws securely.
1.3 Mudguard Installation
Install the mudguards over the wheels. Align the mudguard with the designated holes on the frame and tighten the screws. Repeat for the other side.
1.4 Battery Fuse Installation
Before first use, the battery requires fuse installation. After unpacking, plug the battery fuse into the socket and tighten it securely with a cross screwdriver.

1.5 Handrail Installation
Unscrew the screws at the bottom of the machine. Insert the armrest into the latch at the bottom and tighten the 6 screws. Ensure the aviation plug is securely connected at the bottom of the machine.
1.6 Loading Plate Installation
Unscrew the screws on the load plate extension. Install the loading plate extension to the main loading plate. Tighten the screws on the left and right sides of the bottom of the carrier board.

Install the battery into the battery base. Turn on the switch on the battery. Turn on the power switch of the joystick.

2.1 Checking Battery Level and Charging
Always check the battery level before operation. If the battery is low, connect the charger to a power outlet and plug it into the battery. Ensure the battery switch is on during charging.

2.2 Nastavení rukojeti
The ergonomic handle is foldable and rotatable. Unscrew the folding handle, adjust it to your desired angle and height, then screw it tightly. The back panel can also be extended and retracted, and the armrest height can be adjusted to three positions.
2.3 Joystick Operation Instructions
The joystick allows for precise control. It features a power switch, loudspeaker, speed up/down buttons, loading board and track mode switch, support wheel up/down, and support wheel auto adjusting mode on/off. There are 5 speeds in total; select the speed according to your needs during operation. The loading plate will automatically adjust its angle according to the state without other operations. Use the joystick to move on flat ground or up and down stairs. Press the rear support wheel automatic adjustment mode button on the handle; the screen will show that the support wheel automatic adjustment mode is on. Turn off the automatic adjustment mode of the support wheel.

2.4 Upstairs Operation Demonstration
Pull the machine to the edge of the stairs. Turn on the power switch of the joystick and retract the support wheels. Turn on automatic mode. The loading plate will automatically open to a safe angle. Upstairs controlled by joystick. In the process of going upstairs, in the automatic mode, the loading plate will automatically decelerate according to the angle state to ensure safety. Observe the red indicator bar on the side of the machine. When the red indicator bar reaches the last step, press the rear support wheel automatic adjustment mode button on the handle; the screen will show that the support wheel automatic adjustment mode is on. At the same time, the rear support wheel will automatically extend until the rear support wheel touches the step and stops extending. At this time, the gear must be switched to 1st gear. Continue to move backward through the remote lever until the machine is fully on the platform. Turn off the automatic adjustment mode of the support wheel and retract support wheel. Fully retract the rear support wheel into the machine base to complete the upstairs.
2.5 Downstairs Operation Demonstration
Turn on the power switch of the joystick. Turn on automatic mode. Push the joystick. Press the rear support wheel automatic adjustment mode button on the handle; the screen will show that the support wheel automatic adjustment mode is on. At the same time, the rear support wheels will automatically extend to a preset angle. At this time, the gear must be switched to 1st gear. Control the joystick to move forward. Hold the remote control and operate the machine to go downstairs. Make the machine automatically adjust the angle until the track is in contact with at least two steps of the staircase. The support wheels will be automatically retracted into the base of the stair climber. Turn off the automatic adjustment mode of the support wheel. Continue to operate the machine and go downstairs. Turn off the automatic mode. Switch to the manual mode of the loading plate and push the joystick flat the loading board. Retract support wheel. Turn off the power switch of the joystick.
2.6 Manual Push Mode
You can manually push the machine to go straight, turn, etc.
2.7 Crawler Mode
Operate the machine to go straight, back, turn, etc. by joystick.
3. Údržba
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your stair climber.
- Keep the battery plug-in area dry and clean to prevent damage.
- Regularly check all screws and bolts for tightness and secure them if loose.
- Inspect the tracks and wheels for wear and tear. Replace components as needed.
- Keep the machine clean and free from debris, especially around moving parts.
- Store the stair climber in a dry, safe place when not in use.

- When the ground slope is greater than 5 degrees, it is forbidden to use the flat operating mode; use track operating mode instead.
- Be careful not to get caught by the track and the load board during operation.
