4. Nastavení a instalace

4.1 Montáž vlečného motoru

1. Vyberte místo montáže: Select a flat, stable area on the bow of your boat. Ensure there is sufficient clearance for deploying and stowing the motor, and that the shaft can be fully submerged without hitting the boat hull.
2. Umístění držáku: Place the motor mount on the chosen location. Mark the drilling points for the mounting bolts.
3. Vrtací otvory: Carefully drill holes through the boat deck at the marked positions. Use appropriate drill bits for your boat material.

4.2 Elektrické připojení

4.3 Nastavení hloubky

The motor features an adjustable depth collar on the 54-inch cast alloy aluminum shaft. Loosen the depth collar adjustment knob, slide the motor shaft up or down to achieve the desired propeller depth, and then securely tighten the knob. The propeller should be submerged sufficiently to avoid cavitation but not so deep as to hit the bottom in shallow waters.

To deploy the motor, release the stow/deploy pedal or lever and gently lower the motor into the water. To stow, lift the motor out of the water and secure it in the stowed position using the pedal/lever and any locking mechanisms.

6. Údržba
