Nastavení
Before using your bread maker for the first time, follow these steps:
- Rozbalit: Carefully remove the bread maker and all accessories from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Čistý: Wash the removable baking pan and kneading blades with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the interior and exterior of the appliance with a damp tkanina.
- Shromáždit: Insert the kneading blades onto the shafts at the bottom of the baking pan. Ensure they are securely in place.
- Place Baking Pan: Insert the baking pan into the bread maker's main compartment. Press down firmly until it clicks into position.

Follow these steps to bake bread with your Unold BACKMEISTER Big:
- Přidejte ingredience: Place ingredients into the baking pan in the order specified by your recipe, typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, and finally yeast. Ensure the yeast does not come into direct contact with liquids or salt initially.
- Vyberte program: Close the lid. Press the MENU button repeatedly until your desired program number appears on the LCD display.
- Vyberte velikost bochníku: Stiskněte tlačítko GEWICHT (WEIGHT) button to select the appropriate loaf size (e.g., 1000g, 1250g, 1500g) according to your recipe.
- Set Browning Level: Stiskněte tlačítko BRÄUNUNG (BROWNING) button to choose your preferred crust color: Light, Medium, or Dark.
- Nastavení časovače zpoždění (volitelné): If you wish to delay the start of the baking process, use the ZEIT- / ZEIT+ (TIME- / TIME+) buttons to set the desired delay time, up to 15 hours. The displayed time includes the baking cycle duration.
- Začněte péct: Stiskněte tlačítko START/STOP button. The bread maker will begin its cycle. The display will show the remaining time.
- Funkce udržování teploty: After the baking cycle is complete, the bread maker will automatically switch to a keep-warm function for up to 60 minutes.
- Odstraňte chléb: Once the program is finished and the keep-warm cycle ends (or you manually stop it), unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the hot baking pan using oven mitts. Invert the pan to release the bread. If kneading blades remain in the bread, use the provided removal tool.
