5. Návod k obsluze
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your scarifier/dethatcher:
- Working Depth Adjustment: The machine features a 3-position depth adjustment. Use the lever on the side of the unit to select the desired working depth. For initial use or light dethatching, start with a shallower setting. For deeper scarifying, select a deeper setting. A transport setting is also available to prevent blade damage when moving the unit over hard surfaces.

- Spuštění stroje: Press and hold the safety button, then pull the bail handle towards the handlebar. The motor will start. Release the safety button but continue to hold the bail handle during operation.

- Scarifying/Dethatching Technique: Push the machine forward at a steady, moderate pace. Avoid pushing too fast, as this can reduce effectiveness and strain the motor. Overlap each pass slightly to ensure complete coverage. For best results, scarify your lawn when the soil is slightly moist, not waterlogged or completely dry.

6. Údržba
Pravidelná údržba zajišťuje dlouhou životnost a optimální výkon vašeho vertikutátoru/odstraňovače trávy.
- Čištění: After each use, remove the battery pack and clean the machine. Use a brush or cloth to remove grass clippings, soil, and debris from the housing, wheels, and especially the scarifying roller. Do not use water directly on the motor housing or battery compartments.
- Kontrola čepele: Regularly inspect the 16 scarifying blades for wear or damage. Worn or damaged blades should be replaced by an authorized service center to maintain performance and safety.
- Skladování: Store the machine in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The handlebar can be folded for compact storage. Ensure the battery packs are removed and stored separately in a cool, dry place.
