4. Nastavení a první použití

4.1 Vybalení

• Z spotřebiče opatrně odstraňte veškerý obalový materiál a ochranné fólie.
• Ensure all accessories are present: portafilter, 1-cup filter, 2-cup filter, measuring spoon/tampehm.

4.2 Počáteční čištění

• Umyjte nádržku na vodu, portafiltr, filtrační koše a odkapávací misku teplou mýdlovou vodou. Důkladně opláchněte a osušte.
• Otřete vnější část stroje reklamouamp tkanina.

4.3 Plnění vodní nádrže

• Vyjměte nádržku na vodu ze zadní části stroje.
• Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the 'MAX' level indicator. Do not exceed the MAX line.
• Bezpečně vraťte nádržku na vodu na její místo.

4.4 Naplnění stroje (první použití)

• Plug the machine into a grounded power outlet. Press the On/Off button. The indicators will flash as the machine heats up.
• Once the indicators stop flashing and remain steady, the machine is ready.

• Press the 2-cup button to run water through the system without coffee. Repeat this process 2-3 times to clean and prime the internal components.
• The machine is now ready for making coffee.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Příprava espressa

1. Ensure the water tank is filled and the machine is preheated (indicators steady).
2. Vložte požadovaný filtrační košík (na 1 šálek nebo 2 šálky) do portafiltru.
3. Add ground espresso coffee to the filter basket. Use the measuring spoon to add the correct amount (approx. 7g for 1-cup, 14g for 2-cups).
4. Lehce tamp the coffee grounds with the flat end of the measuring spoon. Ensure the coffee is level and not over-filled.
5. Attach the portafilter to the brewing head by aligning it and twisting firmly to the right until it locks.
6. Place one or two espresso cups on the drip tray under the portafilter spouts.
7. Press the 1-cup or 2-cup button on the control panel. The machine will automatically brew the coffee and stop when the programmed quantity is reached.

5.2 Programming Coffee Quantity

• To customize the volume of your espresso, press and hold the 1-cup or 2-cup button until the desired amount of coffee is dispensed.
• Release the button. The machine will remember this setting for future brews.

5.3 Using the Steam Function (Milk Frothing)

1. Ensure the machine is preheated.
2. Press the steam button on the control panel. The steam indicator will flash as the machine heats up to steam temperature.
3. While waiting, fill a pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) to about one-third full.
4. Once the steam indicator is steady, position the steam wand into the milk, just below the surface.
5. Turn the steam control knob on the side of the machine to release steam.
6. Move the pitcher up and down gently to create foam. Once desired foam and temperature are reached, turn off the steam control knob.
7. Press the steam button again to turn off the steam function.

6. Údržba a čištění

Pravidelné čištění zajišťuje optimální výkon a prodlužuje životnost vašeho espresso kávovaru.

6.1 Denní čištění

• Portafiltr a filtrační koše: Po každém použití vyjměte portafiltr, vyhoďte mletou kávu a opláchněte portafiltr i filtrační koš pod tekoucí vodou.
• Odkapávač: Vyprázdněte a opláchněte odkapávací misku denně nebo když indikátor ukazuje, že je plná.
• Parní tryska: Ihned po napěnění mléka otřete parní tryskuamp cloth to remove any milk residue. Briefly release steam to clear any internal blockages.

6.2 Odvápnění

Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, descaling should be performed every 2-3 months. Use a commercial descaling solution suitable for coffee machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Always rinse the machine thoroughly with several cycles of fresh water after descaling.
