1. Stažení a instalace aplikace

To use the BEBIRD X17 Pro, you must first download and install the companion application on your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, or Android Phone).

Scan the QR code provided in the product packaging or search for "Bebird" in your device's app store.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the app installation.
Ensure you download the correct version of the app for your device.

2. Device Power-On

The device powers on automatically when the cover is removed.

Remove the protective cover from the BEBIRD X17 Pro.
The white light on the device will flicker, indicating it is searching for a connection. It will remain solid once connected.

3. WiFi připojení

The BEBIRD X17 Pro connects to your mobile device via WiFi.

Open your mobile device's WiFi settings.
Locate and select the WiFi network named "bebird-XXXX" (where XXXX is a unique identifier).
Once connected, open the Bebird app.

1. Attaching and Replacing Ear Spoon Heads

The BEBIRD X17 Pro comes with various ear spoon heads for different earwax types and cleaning needs.

To remove an ear spoon, unscrew the fixed cap and gently pull out the current ear spoon.
To attach a new ear spoon, insert it directly into the device and buckle up the ear spoon head.
Sheathe the fixed cap and screw it securely to ensure the ear spoon is firmly in place.

2. Using the Camera and App for Cleaning

The device features a 1080P HD camera with a 3.5mm lens for clear visualization.

Hold the product with your fingers, ensuring a stable grip.
Position the device at the side of your ear and gently rotate it with your fingers while observing the real-time image on your mobile device.
The six-axis gyroscope ensures a stable image during use, allowing for 360-degree precise ear cleaning.
Always clean gently and avoid inserting the device too deeply into the ear canal.

3. Cleaning Ears for Others

When assisting another person with ear cleaning, ensure they are seated upright and do not bend their waist to maintain a stable position.

Odstraňování problémů

App shows "not connected" when connected.	Download and reinstall the app. Verify that the correct app version is installed and that the app was downloaded correctly.
Device refuses to connect to WiFi.	Ensure no other mobile devices are currently connected to the BEBIRD WiFi. Shut down and restart the device, then attempt to reconnect.
Black screen or crashed screen in the app.	Download and reinstall the app, then try again.
Blurry lens image.	Clean the lens with alcohol swabs.
