1. Úvod

The REMS Curvo 22 V is a universal and compact battery-powered tool designed for cold bending pipes up to 180 degrees. Utilizing 22 V Li-ion technology, this pipe bender is suitable for various pipe types and applications in craftsmanship, industry, workshops, and construction sites. Its design allows for quick setup and precise bending operations.

4. Nastavení

4.1 Nabíjení baterie

1. Connect the Li-ion rapid charger to a standard 230 V power outlet.
2. Insert the Li-ion battery into the charger. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
3. Allow the battery to charge fully. The charger's indicator light will signal when charging is complete.

4.2 Instalace baterie

1. Ensure the pipe bender is switched off.
2. Align the charged battery with the battery slot on the main tool.
3. Slide the battery into the slot until it locks firmly into position.
4. Chcete-li baterii vyjmout, stiskněte uvolňovací tlačítko (pokud je k dispozici) a vysuňte ji ven.

4.3 Selecting and Installing Bending Segments

Choose the appropriate bending segment and sliding piece corresponding to the pipe diameter you intend to bend (e.g., 15 mm, 18 mm, or 22 mm).

1. Identify the correct bending segment and sliding piece. These are typically marked with the pipe diameter (e.g., Ø15 R55, Ø18 R70, Ø22 R77).
2. Position the selected bending segment onto the tool's bending shaft.
3. Install the corresponding sliding piece into its designated slot on the tool. Ensure both components are securely seated.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Obecná obsluha

2. Select and install the appropriate bending segment and sliding piece for your pipe diameter.
3. Insert the pipe into the tool, ensuring it is properly seated against the bending segment and sliding piece.
4. Držte nástroj pevně oběma rukama.
5. Activate the tool by pressing the trigger. The tool will begin to bend the pipe.
6. Monitor the bending angle. The tool features a rapid and deceleration function with an immediate stop for precise bending. Release the trigger once the desired angle is achieved.
7. Once the bend is complete, release the trigger and remove the bent pipe from the tool.

5.2 Changing Bending Segments and Sliding Pieces

The REMS Curvo 22 V allows for quick changes of bending segments and sliding pieces.

• For long-term storage, it is recommended to store Li-ion batteries at approximately 50% charge.
