5.2 Starting the Shredder

1. Ensure the collection box is correctly installed and the safety interlock is engaged. The shredder will not start if the box is not properly secured.
2. Press the green "ON" button on the control panel to start the motor. Allow the motor to reach full speed before feeding material.

If the shredding mechanism becomes jammed, use the reversible anti-block function. Press the reverse button (usually indicated by an arrow or a specific color) to temporarily reverse the roller's direction, clearing the blockage. Once cleared, switch back to forward operation.

5.5 Emptying the Collection Box

1. Before emptying, turn off the shredder by pressing the red "OFF" button and disconnect it from the power supply.
2. Carefully remove the collection box.
3. Dispose of the shredded material appropriately.
4. Reinstall the collection box securely before resuming operation.
