3.1 Počáteční vinutí

Your Seiko 5 Sports watch is powered by an automatic mechanical movement. It does not require a battery. When the watch is not worn, it relies on its power reserve. If the watch has stopped or its power reserve is low, follow these steps:

1. Odšroubujte korunku: If your crown is a screw-down type, turn it counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1. (Note: The SRPD69 typically has a push-pull crown, so this step may not apply. If it's a push-pull, simply pull it out.)
2. Ruční navíjení: In position 1 (normal position, or unscrewed position if screw-down), turn the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will manually wind the mainspring and build up a sufficient power reserve to start the watch.
3. Automatické navíjení: Once the watch starts ticking, wearing it on your wrist will automatically wind the mainspring through your arm's motion.

3.2 Nastavení času a data

Chcete-li nastavit čas a datum, postupujte takto:

1. Vytáhněte korunu: Gently pull the crown out to position 2 (first click) for date/day setting, or position 3 (second click) for time setting.
2. Nastavení data a dne:
   • In position 2, turn the crown clockwise to set the date.
   • Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the day of the week.
   • Důležité: Avoid setting the date and day between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM, as this can damage the movement. If you need to set the date/day during this period, first advance the time past 4:00 AM, then set the date/day, and finally set the correct time.

   • In position 3, turn the crown to move the hands. Advance the minute hand past the current time by a few minutes, then turn it back to the exact time.
   • To ensure accurate time setting, synchronize with a reliable time source.
4. Zatlačte korunku: Once set, push the crown back into position 0 (normal position). If it's a screw-down crown, screw it back in tightly to maintain water resistance.

The SRPD69 features a unidirectional rotating bezel. This bezel can be used for timing events up to 60 minutes. To use it:

1. Rotate the bezel counter-clockwise until the zero mark aligns with the minute hand.
