3. Nastavení

3.1. Instalace

The COOLOUS Smart Door Lock is designed for easy DIY installation with a Philips screwdriver. No extra drilling or wiring is typically required for standard door setups. Ensure your door thickness and backset are compatible before beginning.

1. Odstraňte stávající kování dveří.

3. Attach the exterior handle assembly, ensuring the spindle aligns correctly.
4. Install the interior handle assembly, connecting any necessary cables.

7. Insert 4 AA batteries into the battery box (batteries not included).

3.2. Nastavení aplikace a počáteční párování

To utilize the smart features, download the COOLOUS app (or compatible smart home app) from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your lock via Bluetooth. For remote control and voice assistant integration (e.g., Alexa), an optional COOLOUS WiFi Gateway (sold separately) is required.

4. Návod k obsluze

4.1. Odemčení dveří

• otisk: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint reader. The lock will unlock if the fingerprint is recognized.
• přístupový kód: Enter your registered passcode on the touch keypad, then press '#'. The lock will unlock if the passcode is correct.
• Aplikace pro chytré telefony: Open the COOLOUS app, ensure Bluetooth is enabled (or WiFi Gateway is connected), and tap the unlock button.

• Automatický zámek: The lock will automatically engage after a preset time (configurable in the app) once the door is closed.
• Manuální zámek: From the exterior, press and hold the '#' key on the keypad for 2 seconds. From the interior, turn the thumb-turn knob to the locked position.

4.3. User Management (via App)

The app allows for comprehensive user management:
