This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Cecotec Cafetera Express Cafelizzia 790 Shiny Pro espresso machine. Please read it thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

Bezpečnostní pokyny

Nastavení

1. Vybalení a umístění

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Place the espresso machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

2. Počáteční čištění

Before first use, wash the water tank, portafilter, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts.

3. Naplnění vodní nádrže

Vyjměte nádržku na vodu ze zadní strany přístroje. Naplňte ji čerstvou studenou vodou po značku MAX. Nádržku bezpečně nasaďte zpět.

4. Naplnění stroje (první použití)

Plug the machine into a grounded power outlet. Place a large cup under the coffee outlet. Turn on the machine. Once the indicator light stops flashing (indicating heating is complete), press the coffee brewing button to run water through the system without coffee. Repeat this process 2-3 times to clean and prime the internal components.

Návod k obsluze

1. Příprava espressa

1. Ujistěte se, že je nádržka na vodu plná.
2. Vložte požadovaný filtrační koš (jednoduchý nebo dvojitý) do portafiltru.
3. Add ground coffee to the filter basket. For best results, use freshly ground espresso coffee. Do not overfill.
4. Tamp rovnoměrně rozemletou kávu vampehm.
5. Attach the portafilter to the brewing head by aligning it and twisting it firmly to the right until secure.
6. Place one or two cups under the portafilter spouts.
7. Press the single or double espresso button. The machine will automatically brew the coffee and stop.
8. Jakmile je vaření hotové, opatrně vyjměte portafiltr a vyhoďte použitou mletou kávu.

2. Frothing Milk for Cappuccino/Latte

2. Turn the steam knob to the steam position. Wait for the steam indicator light to illuminate steadily, indicating the machine has reached steaming temperature.

4. Ponořte špičku parní trysky těsně pod hladinu mléka.
5. Slowly lower the pitcher as the milk expands, keeping the tip just below the surface to create foam.
6. Once the desired volume and temperature are reached, turn off the steam knob.

3. Funkce horké vody

To dispense hot water, place a cup under the steam wand. Turn the steam knob to the hot water position. The machine will dispense hot water. Turn the knob back to the off position to stop.

Údržba

1. Denní úklid

• Portafiltr a filtrační koše: After each use, remove the portafilter, discard coffee grounds, and rinse thoroughly under hot water. Use a brush to clean any residue from the filter basket.
• Odkapávač: Vyprázdněte a opláchněte odkapávací misku denně nebo když se indikátor vyplave.

Use a commercial descaling solution designed for coffee machines and follow the product's instructions carefully. Always rinse the machine thoroughly with several tanks of fresh water after descaling.

3. Skladování
