Krok 1: Rozbalení a identifikace součástí

Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify all components listed in the "Package Contents" section are present.

Step 2: Attach Hitch Tube to Carrier Frame

Align the hitch tube with the designated mounting points on the carrier frame. Secure using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

Step 3: Install Anti-Rattle Device

Insert the anti-rattle device into the hitch tube as per instructions. This device helps to minimize movement and noise when the carrier is installed in the vehicle's receiver.

Step 1: Install Carrier onto Vehicle

Slide the assembled carrier's hitch tube into your vehicle's 2" Class III or IV hitch receiver. Secure it with the provided hitch pin and clip. Tighten the anti-rattle device to eliminate any wobble between the carrier and the hitch receiver.

Step 2: Prepare the Loading Ramp

Remove the loading ramp from its stowed position on the carrier. The ramp can be attached to either side of the carrier for convenient loading and unloading. Hook the ramp securely onto the carrier's track. Ensure the ramp is stable before attempting to load the motorcycle.

Step 3: Load the Motorcycle

Carefully roll or push your motorcycle up the ramp onto the carrier track. Ensure the wheels are centered on the track. The carrier is compatible with bike tires up to 5.5 inches wide.

Step 4: Secure the Motorcycle

Utilize the integrated tie-down points on the carrier to secure the motorcycle using appropriate tie-down straps (not included). Secure the front and rear of the motorcycle to prevent any forward, backward, or lateral movement during transport. The youth bike adapter can be used for smaller bikes to ensure a snug fit.

Step 5: Stow the Ramp

Once the motorcycle is securely loaded, remove the ramp and stow it on the carrier. The ramp is designed to store conveniently on the carrier when not in use.

Step 6: Pre-Trip Check

Before driving, double-check all connections: hitch pin, anti-rattle device, and all motorcycle tie-down straps. Ensure nothing is loose or can interfere with vehicle operation.

• Regularly inspect all bolts, nuts, and welds for signs of wear, damage, or loosening. Tighten as necessary.
• Clean the aluminum and steel components with mild soap and water to prevent corrosion and maintain appearance.

Issue: Carrier wobbles excessively.
