1. Úvod

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation and care of your ACC Automotive Carpet. This product is specifically designed for 1977 to 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 4-door models. The carpet is manufactured from 8288-Cinnabar Plush Cut Pile material, custom-formed to fit the original floor pan of your vehicle.

3. Obsah balení

Your ACC Automotive Carpet package should contain the following items:

• One (1) ACC Automotive Carpet, custom-formed for 1977-1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 (4-Door).
• Jute padding, heat-bonded to the backside of the carpet in the foot area.
• A heel pad, welded to the correct location on the carpet.

4. Pokyny k instalaci

READ FULL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING. Instructions may vary for multi-piece sets. The carpet is heat and pressure formed using a mold created from the original floor pan, ensuring a precise fit when installed correctly.

1. Příprava: Remove the new carpet from its packaging. Lay it flat in a clean, open area to allow it to relax and regain its original contours. This may take a few hours. Inspect the material for accuracy and any shipping damage.
2. Srovnání: Compare the new carpet with your old carpet (if available). The old carpet can serve as a template for console cuts or other specific vehicle features.
3. Počáteční umístění: Fold the new carpet in half from front to rear. Carefully place it into the vehicle, aligning the molded contours with seat risers or other identifiable starting points on the floor. Ensure proper alignment.
4. Forward Section Fitting: Roll the carpet forward towards the front of the vehicle. Make necessary cuts for brackets, shifters, vents, and other obstructions while maintaining proper alignment with your chosen starting points.
5. Firewall Cut: Cut the carpet in the center at the firewall to allow it to extend underneath the dashboard.
6. Continuing Installation: Continue the same procedure, working your way towards the outer edges of the vehicle floor.
7. Final Trimming: Once the carpet is properly fitted and aligned, you can perform the final trimming around the outer edges, seat belt openings, and other necessary holes. Note that holes may not be pre-cut and will require trimming during installation.

Optional Adhesive: If adhesive is desired for a more permanent installation, apply only a light brush or spray adhesive po a correct dry fit has been achieved and confirmed.

• Vyhněte se agresivním chemikáliím: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the carpet fibers and color.
