Kroky zapojení:

  1. Battery Pack Connection (B- and B+):
    • Connect the negative terminal of your 4S battery pack to the B- pad on the BMS board.
    • Connect the positive terminal of your 4S battery pack to the B+ pad on the BMS board.
  2. Cell Balancing Connections (B1, B2, B3):

    These connections are crucial for the BMS to monitor and balance individual cells within the 4S pack. Ensure these are connected in sequence:

    • Connect the positive terminal of the 1st cell (or the negative terminal of the 2nd cell) to the B1 pad. This point should be approximately 3.7V from B-.
    • Connect the positive terminal of the 2nd cell (or the negative terminal of the 3rd cell) to the B2 pad. This point should be approximately 7.4V from B-.
    • Connect the positive terminal of the 3rd cell (or the negative terminal of the 4th cell) to the B3 pad. This point should be approximately 11.1V from B-.

    Poznámka: Voltage markings on the board (3.7V, 7.4V, 11.1V, 14.8V) correspond to the nominal voltages at these connection points relative to B-.

  3. Charger/Load Connection (P- and P+):
    • Connect the negative terminal of your charger or load to the P- pad on the BMS board.
    • Connect the positive terminal of your charger or load to the P+ pad on the BMS board.

    Important: The BMS may not show voltage output on P+ and P- until a charger is connected for the first time to activate the protection circuit. This is a common behavior for many BMS boards.

After wiring, double-check all connections for polarity and correct sequencing before applying power.

Provozní principy

The DEVMO 4S BMS operates by continuously monitoring the voltage of each cell in the battery pack, as well as the overall pack current. Its primary functions include:
