1. Úvod

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Jilong Avenli 1000gal Sand Filter. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and longevity.

The Jilong Avenli 1000gal Sand Filter is designed to keep your swimming pool water clean and free from impurities. With a capacity of 3785 liters per hour, it is suitable for medium-sized inflatable frame swimming pools, including compatible Bestway and Intex models ranging from 244 cm to 488 cm in dimension.

4. Nastavení a instalace

Installation is straightforward and typically takes approximately 20 minutes. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Umístění filtru: Place the sand filter pump on a firm, level surface, at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) away from the pool. Ensure it is lower than the pool's water level for optimal performance.

2. Přidání filtračního písku: Unscrew the top cover of the filter tank. Carefully pour the recommended filter sand (0.45-0.85mm grain size) into the tank. Do not overfill; leave approximately 15-20 cm from the top.

3. Připojovací hadice:
   • Connect one hose from the pool's outlet (suction) to the "INLET" port on the filter pump.
   • Connect the second hose from the "OUTLET" port on the filter pump to the pool's inlet (return) fitting.

4. Plnění čerpadla: Before starting, ensure the filter tank is filled with water. Open all necessary valves to allow water to flow from the pool into the filter pump. This helps to remove air from the system.
5. Elektrické připojení: Plug the pump into a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V). Ensure the outlet is protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) for safety.

5. Návod k obsluze

The sand filter pump features a multi-port valve for various operations. Familiarize yourself with the valve positions:

• FILTR: This is the standard operating position for daily filtration. Water flows through the sand, trapping debris, and returns clean water to the pool.
• BACKWASH: Používá se k čištění filtračního písku. Voda proudí v opačném směru a vyplachuje zachycené nečistoty odpadním otvorem.
• MÁCHÁNÍ: Používá se po zpětném proplachu k usazení písku a vypláchnutí zbývající špinavé vody z ventilu.
• ODPAD/ODVOD: Bypasses the filter and sends water directly out the waste port. Useful for vacuuming heavy debris or lowering pool water level.
• RECIRKULACE/OBTOK: Circulates water without filtering it. Useful for mixing chemicals.
• ZAVŘENO: Shuts off all flow to the filter. Use when performing maintenance or when the pump is off for extended periods.

To change valve positions, always turn off the pump first.

Denní provoz:

1. Ensure the multi-port valve is set to FILTR.
2. Zapněte čerpadlo.
3. Allow the pump to run for several hours daily, depending on pool size and usage, to maintain water clarity.

6. Údržba

Pravidelná údržba zajišťuje optimální výkon a prodlužuje životnost pískového filtru.

Zpětné proplachování filtru:

Backwash when the pressure gauge reads 0.2-0.3 bar (3-5 PSI) above its clean operating pressure, or when water flow significantly decreases.

1. Vypněte čerpadlo.
2. Nastavte vícecestný ventil na BACKWASH.
3. Turn on the pump and run until the water flowing from the waste port is clear (typically 1-2 minutes).
4. Vypněte čerpadlo.
5. Nastavte vícecestný ventil na Oplach.
6. Zapněte čerpadlo a nechte ho běžet 30–60 sekund.
7. Vypněte čerpadlo.
8. Set the multi-port valve back to FILTR.
9. Zapněte čerpadlo pro obnovení normální filtrace.

Zima:

Before freezing temperatures, drain all water from the filter pump and hoses. Store the unit in a dry, protected area.
