Montáž a nastavení

Follow these steps to assemble the REBER Tomato Squeezer Attachment:

1. Ensure your REBER motor unit is unplugged and stable on a flat surface.
2. Insert the worm screw (auger) into the main body of the attachment.
3. Place the stainless steel filter cone over the end of the worm screw, ensuring it fits securely.
4. Attach the juice collector/spout to the front of the attachment, aligning it with the filter cone.
5. Secure the hopper/funnel onto the top opening of the attachment body.
6. Mount the assembled tomato squeezer attachment onto the power take-off of your REBER motor unit according to the motor unit's instructions. Ensure it is firmly locked in place.

Before operating, ensure the attachment is correctly assembled and the motor unit is securely plugged in.

1. Připravte si ingredience: Wash and cut fruits or vegetables into pieces small enough to fit into the hopper. For tomatoes, remove stems and any bruised parts. For other fruits like apples or pomegranates, remove seeds and hard cores.
2. Kontejnery pozic: Place a collection bowl or container under the juice spout and another for pulp/waste.
3. Spouštěcí motor: Turn on your REBER motor unit.

7. Dokončit: Once all ingredients are processed, turn off the motor unit and unplug it from the power outlet.

Čištění a údržba

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your REBER Tomato Squeezer Attachment.

1. Demontáž: After unplugging the motor unit, carefully disassemble the attachment in reverse order of assembly.
2. Mytí rukou: All parts of the attachment should be washed by hand. Use warm, soapy water and a soft brush or sponge to remove all food residue. Pay special attention to the filter cone to ensure all perforations are clear.

4. Sušení: Dry all components immediately and completely with a soft cloth to prevent rust, especially for cast iron parts. Do not allow parts to air dry, as this can lead to water spots or corrosion.

6. Cast Iron Care: For cast iron components, after drying, a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil can be applied to prevent rust, especially if storing for extended periods.

Poznámka: While some parts may be indicated as dishwasher safe, for optimal longevity and to preserve the finish, hand washing is strongly recommended for all components.
