Průvodce instalací

This touch sensor is designed as a replacement part. Ensure your recliner is compatible with a 4-button touch sensor system before proceeding.

1. Odpojit napájení: Unplug the recliner from the wall outlet to ensure no power is supplied to the system.
2. Access Existing Control Board: Locate the existing touch sensor control board within your recliner. This may require accessing the underside or interior of the furniture.
3. Odpojení starého senzoru: Carefully unplug the wire harness from the existing control board. Note the connections, especially the main 5-pin connector for the recliner motor and the 2-prong connector for the headrest motor. Also, disconnect the individual sensor leads from the buttons.
4. Instalace nového senzoru:
   • Connect the new touch sensor control board.
   • Connect the main 5-pin connector from your recliner's motor to the corresponding port on the new sensor board.
   • Connect the 2-prong power cable from your chair's headrest to the appropriate port.
   • Connect the individual sensor leads (labeled "OPEN", "CLOSE", etc.) to your existing 4 buttons. Ensure each lead is connected to its correct button function.
   • Ensure all wires and connectors are securely fastened and labeled appropriately.

Operace

The Raffel Systems 4-Button Power Touch Sensor operates in conjunction with your recliner's existing 4 physical buttons (sold separately). These buttons, when connected to the sensor, allow for intuitive control of your recliner's functions.

• Recline Control: Use the designated recline buttons to extend or retract the footrest and recline the backrest.
• Headrest Control: Use the designated headrest buttons to adjust the position of the headrest.
• The touch sensors are designed to be highly sensitive, requiring only a soft touch for activation.

To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your touch sensor, follow these maintenance guidelines:
