2. Nastavení a instalace

Proper setup is crucial for accurate flow measurement. Follow these steps carefully.

2.1 Vybalení a identifikace součástí

2.2 Transducer Installation (TM-1 Clamp-on Sensor)

The TM-1 transducers are clamp-on type, designed for non-invasive measurement.

  1. Vyberte bod měření: Choose a straight section of pipe, free from valves, pumps, or other obstructions that could disturb flow.
  2. Clean Pipe Surface: Ensure the outer surface of the pipe at the measurement point is clean and free of rust, paint, or debris.
  3. Apply Coupling Gel: Apply a generous amount of ultrasonic coupling gel to the contact surfaces of both transducers and the pipe. This is critical for signal transmission.

2.3 Main Unit Placement and Power Connection

Mount the TUF-2000B main unit in a suitable location, protected from extreme environmental conditions. Connect the power cable to a compatible power source.

Once installed, the TUF-2000B is ready for operation.
