4. Instalace

4.1. Kontroly před instalací

• Verify that the gas supply type (Butane Gas) matches the appliance's specifications.

4.2. Countertop Cut-out Dimensions

Refer to the diagram below for the precise cut-out dimensions required for your countertop. The hob dimensions are approximately 59 cm (width) x 51 cm (depth).

5. Provoz

Operating your Cata gas hob is straightforward. Follow these steps for safe and effective use.

5.1. Zapálení hořáku

1. Place your cookware centrally on the desired pan support.
2. Stiskněte příslušný ovládací knoflík a otočte jím proti směru hodinových ručiček do polohy maximálního plamene (symbol velkého plamene).
3. Hold the knob down for a few seconds (typically 3-5 seconds) to allow the thermocouple to heat up and activate the safety valve. You will hear a clicking sound as the electronic ignition sparks.
4. Once the flame is stable, release the knob. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the process, holding the knob down slightly longer.

5.2. Adjusting the Flame

Once the burner is lit, you can adjust the flame intensity by rotating the control knob between the maximum and minimum flame positions. Do not force the knob beyond these limits.

To turn off a burner, rotate the control knob clockwise until it clicks into the "off" position (dot symbol).

• Remove the pan supports and burner caps/crowns when they are cool.
