Nastavení
- Rozbalení: Carefully remove the food warmer from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your dealer. Retain all packaging materials for inspection.
- Umístění: Place the unit on a stable, level, non-combustible countertop surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation (minimum 4 inches on all sides). Do not block the ventilation openings.
- Elektrické připojení: Ensure the electrical supply matches the specifications of the unit (120V, 60Hz, 1-phase, 1200W). Plug the NEMA 5-15P plug directly into a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet. Do not use adapters or extension cords.

- Wet or Dry Operation:
- Suchý provoz: For dry operation, simply place food pans directly into the well. This mode is suitable for foods that do not require added moisture.
- Mokrý provoz: For wet operation, fill the well with hot water (preferably pre-heated) up to the maximum fill line, which is approximately 1 inch below the top rim of the well. Do not overfill. Wet operation helps maintain food moisture and provides more even heating.
Návod k obsluze
- Zapnutí: Ensure the unit is properly set up for either wet or dry operation. Flip the power switch located on the front control panel to the "ON" position. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Nastavení teploty: Turn the thermostatic control knob clockwise to increase the temperature and counter-clockwise to decrease it. Start with a medium setting and adjust as needed to achieve the desired food holding temperature. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the unit to reach the set temperature.
- Food Pan Placement: Carefully place pre-heated food pans into the well. The unit is designed to accommodate one full-size (1/1) food pan or various combinations of smaller pans (e.g., two half-size pans) with appropriate adapter bars (sold separately).
- Sledování: Regularly monitor food temperatures using a food thermometer to ensure they remain above 140°F (60°C) for safe holding.
- Vypnout: When finished, turn the thermostatic control knob to the lowest setting, then flip the power switch to the "OFF" position. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.

- Inspekce: Periodically inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified service technician to avoid hazards.
