The GBC GLMFS2000L3 is a high-performance pouch laminator designed for A4/A3 documents, featuring a rapid warm-up time and an automatic shut-off function for energy efficiency. This model has earned the first Eco-Mark certification under the "Laminator" standard (Certification No. 18 162 002).

Bezpečnostní informace

Nastavení
- Rozbalení: Carefully remove the laminator from its packaging.
- Umístění: Place the laminator on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for proper ventilation and for documents to exit freely.
- Připojení napájení: Plug the power cord into the laminator's power inlet and then into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Zapnutí: Dotkněte se tlačítka napájení (Ⓘ) to turn on the laminator. The indicator lights will flash sequentially, and the warm-up mark "cmx" (red) will illuminate.
- Zahřívání: The laminator will begin to warm up. The warm-up time is approximately 60 seconds when set to T1. Once warm-up is complete, the red "cmx" mark will disappear, and the processable mark "✔" (green) will light up, indicating the machine is ready for lamination.

Návod k obsluze
- Vyberte tloušťku fólie: Touch the setting button according to the thickness of the laminating pouch you are using. The corresponding setting light (T1, T2, T3, T4) will illuminate. Compatible film thickness ranges from 75-100µm.
- Připravit dokument: Place your document inside a laminating pouch, ensuring it is centered and there is an even border around the edges.
- Vložte sáček: Once the green "✔" light is on, carefully insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch into the laminator's feed opening. The laminator will automatically feed the pouch through.
- Vyzvednutí zalaminovaného dokumentu: Allow the laminated document to cool on a flat surface before handling.
- Automatické vypnutí: The laminator is equipped with an auto shut-off function. If left unused for more than 30 minutes while powered on, it will automatically turn off to save energy. To resume operation, simply touch the power button again.

Údržba
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your laminator.
- Čištění: Před čištěním se ujistěte, že je laminátor odpojený od sítě a zcela vychladlý. Vnější povrch otřete měkkým, suchým hadříkem. Nepoužívejte abrazivní čisticí prostředky ani rozpouštědla.
- Čištění válců: Pravidelně projíždějte laminátorem čisticím listem (k dostání samostatně), abyste odstranili zbytky lepidla z válců.
- Skladování: Pokud laminátor nepoužíváte, skladujte jej na čistém a suchém místě.
Odstraňování problémů
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your laminator.
Filmový džem
If a laminating pouch becomes jammed:
- Okamžitě stiskněte tlačítko UVOLNĚNÍ button down firmly with one hand.
- While holding the RELEASE button, gently pull the jammed film back from the film insert opening. The rollers will stop rotating, allowing the film to be pulled out.
- Once the film is removed, release the RELEASE button. The rollers will automatically resume forward rotation.
Laminator Not Heating Up
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the laminator and the electrical outlet.
- Check if the power button has been pressed and the warm-up indicator (red "cmx" mark) is lit.
- If the auto shut-off function has activated, press the power button to restart the machine.
Poor Lamination Quality (e.g., bubbles, cloudy finish)
- Ensure the correct film thickness setting (T1, T2, T3, T4) is selected for your laminating pouch.
- Allow the laminator to fully warm up until the green "✔" light is illuminated.
- Use high-quality laminating pouches.
- Ensure the document is flat and free of wrinkles before lamination.
