4. Nastavení

1. Rozbalení: Opatrně vyjměte všechny součásti z obalu. Zkontrolujte, zda jsou všechny součásti přítomny dle dodacího listu.
2. Umístění: Place the main control unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Připojení vibrátoru: Connect the ultrasonic vibrator cable securely to the designated port on the main control unit.
4. Připojení napájení: Ensure the POWER switch is in the "OFF" position. Connect the power cord to the main control unit and then to a grounded AC100V, 50/60Hz power outlet.
5. Počáteční kontrola: Before first use, visually inspect the vibrator tip for any damage or wear.

5. Návod k obsluze

Always ensure the vibrator tip is immersed in the sample liquid before starting operation to prevent damage from dry running.

1. Připravte Sampten: Umístěte své sample in an appropriate vessel. Ensure the vessel is suitable for ultrasonic treatment and can withstand the energy generated.
2. Immerse Vibrator: Carefully immerse the tip of the ultrasonic vibrator into the sample liquid. Ensure the tip is sufficiently submerged but not touching the bottom or sides of the vessel.
3. Zapnutí: Turn the POWER switch to the "ON" position. The MONITOR display should illuminate.
4. Vyberte režim:
   • For continuous operation, set the selector to "CONSTANT".
   • For intermittent operation controlled by the hand pulser, set the selector to "HAND".
5. Adjust TUNE: Slowly adjust the TUNE knob until the MONITOR display shows the highest stable reading, indicating optimal resonance.
6. Set OUTPUT: Adjust the OUTPUT knob to the desired ultrasonic power level. The system will automatically control the output to maintain a constant amplituda.
7. Start Homogenization:
   • In "CONSTANT" mode, homogenization will start immediately.
   • In "HAND" mode, press and hold the switch on the hand pulser to start homogenization. Release the switch to stop.
8. Monitorovat proces: Observe the homogenization process. Adjust OUTPUT or TUNE as necessary.
9. Dokončení: Once homogenization is complete, turn the OUTPUT knob to minimum, then turn the POWER switch to "OFF".
10. Clean Vibrator: Carefully remove the vibrator from the sample and clean it immediately according to the maintenance instructions.
