4. Nastavení

4.1 Instalace baterie

The INSIZE 1108-300 Caliper uses a CR2032 button cell battery. To install or replace the battery:

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the digital display unit.
2. Slide the cover open or remove it according to the markings.
3. Vložte novou baterii CR2032 kladnou (+) stranou nahoru.
4. Bezpečně zavřete kryt bateriového prostoru.

4.2 Počáteční čištění

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

The caliper can be powered on by pressing the ON/OFF button or by simply moving the digital unit along the main scale. It features an automatic power-off function to conserve battery life when not in use.

5.2 Nastavení nuly

To ensure accurate measurements, it is crucial to zero the caliper before use:

1. Close the measuring jaws completely, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.

3. The caliper can be zeroed at any point along its range to measure relative distances.

5.3 Převod jednotek

• Externí měření: Place the object between the external measuring jaws. Gently close the jaws until they make firm contact with the object. Read the value on the digital display.
• Vnitřní měření: Insert the internal measuring jaws into the opening of the object. Open the jaws until they make firm contact with the inner surfaces. Read the value.
• Měření hloubky: Place the end of the main scale on the top surface of the object. Extend the depth rod into the hole or recess until it touches the bottom. Read the value.
• Měření kroku: Place the step jaws against the two surfaces of the step to be measured. Read the value.
