The Casio GA-100L-1A G-Shock watch is an anti-magnetic analog-digital combination timepiece designed for durability and functionality. It features a shock-resistant construction that protects against impact and vibration, along with 200-meter water resistance. The watch incorporates a unique bi-color molding with different colors for the inner and outer surfaces, where the inside surface coloring is visible from the sides of the band and through the band holes, highlighting its military motif reminiscent of a flight jacket lining. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your watch.

Nastavení

Before using your watch, ensure the correct time and date are set. The watch is powered by a Lithium Metal battery (included).

Nastavení času a data:

1. V režimu měření času stiskněte a podržte tlačítko UPRAVIT button (top-left) until the city code starts to flash. This indicates the setting mode.
2. Použijte VPŘED (top-right) and ZVRÁTIT (bottom-right) buttons to select your desired Home Time city code.
3. Stiskněte tlačítko MODE button (bottom-left) to cycle through the settings: DST (Daylight Saving Time), 12/24-hour format, Seconds, Hour, Minute, Year, Month, Day.
4. Použijte VPŘED a ZVRÁTIT tlačítky pro nastavení blikající hodnoty.
5. Jakmile jsou všechna nastavení správná, stiskněte tlačítko UPRAVIT button to exit the setting mode. The analog hands will automatically adjust to the set digital time.

Návod k obsluze

Your G-Shock watch offers multiple modes for various functions. Press the MODE button (bottom-left) to navigate between modes.

Režim měření času:

• Displays the current time (analog and digital), day of the week, and date.
• Stiskněte tlačítko SVĚTLO button (top-right) to illuminate the display for low-light conditions.

Režim stopek:

• The stopwatch measures elapsed time in 1/1000th second increments.
• To start/stop the stopwatch, press the START-STOP button (bottom-right).
• Chcete-li zaznamenat mezičas, stiskněte tlačítko SPLIT-RESET button (bottom-left) while the stopwatch is running. Press again to release the split.
• To reset the stopwatch, ensure it is stopped, then press the SPLIT-RESET tlačítko.
• Ukazatel rychlosti: This watch features a unique speed indicator. After measuring elapsed time over a specified distance (e.g., 1 km or 1 mile), the watch calculates and displays the average speed. The digital displays and the sub-dial (90 km/h indicator) will show the calculated speed. Speeds exceeding 999 units will be indicated by "OVER".

Režim alarmu:

• The watch has 5 daily alarms and one snooze alarm.
• Použijte VPŘED a ZVRÁTIT buttons to select an alarm number (AL1 to AL5, SNZ).
• Stiskněte tlačítko UPRAVIT button to enter alarm setting mode. Use MODE to switch between hour and minute settings, and VPŘED/ZVRÁTIT pro úpravu hodnot.
• Stiskněte UPRAVIT potvrdit.
• Stiskněte START-STOP pro zapnutí/vypnutí budíku.

Režim odpočítávacího časovače:

• Set a countdown time from 1 minute to 24 hours.
• Stiskněte UPRAVIT pro vstup do režimu nastavení. Použijte MODE to switch between hour and minute settings, and VPŘED/ZVRÁTIT pro úpravu hodnot.
• Stiskněte UPRAVIT potvrdit.
• Stiskněte START-STOP pro spuštění nebo zastavení odpočítávání.

Údržba

Správná péče zajistí dlouhou životnost a výkon vašich hodinek G-Shock.

• Čištění: Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly under running water, ensuring all buttons are pressed and released while submerged to clear debris. Dry completely.
• Voděodolnost: The watch is rated for 200-meter water resistance. Do not operate buttons underwater. After exposure to saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.
• Teplotní expozice: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (above 60°C / 140°F or below -10°C / 14°F) for extended periods.
• Chemikálie: Avoid contact with gasoline, cleaning solvents, aerosols, adhesives, paints, etc. These can cause discoloration or damage to the resin case and band.
• Výměna baterie: The battery life is approximately 2 years. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it's time for a battery replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by an authorized Casio service center to ensure water resistance is maintained.
