4. Montážní návod

Assembly requires careful attention to detail. Refer to the included assembly photos for visual guidance. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.

1. Attach Legs to Grill Bowl: Securely fasten the three legs to the main grill bowl using the provided screws and nuts. Ensure they are firmly attached to provide stability.
2. Instalace kol: Attach the two wheels to two of the legs. Ensure the wheels rotate freely.
3. Assemble Bottom Storage Rack: Connect the bottom storage rack to the lower part of the legs. This rack provides stability and a convenient storage area.
4. Insert Ash Tray: Place the removable ash tray beneath the grill bowl.
5. Place Charcoal Grate: Position the charcoal grate inside the grill bowl.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Zapálení dřevěného uhlí

1. Place the charcoal grate inside the grill bowl.
2. Arrange charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal on the charcoal grate. Do not overfill.
3. K zapálení dřevěného uhlí použijte podpalovač na dřevěné uhlí v krbu nebo vhodné podpalovače. Nikdy nepoužívejte hořlavé kapaliny, jako je benzín.
4. Once the charcoal is covered with a light gray ash (approximately 15-20 minutes), spread it evenly across the charcoal grate.

5.2 Grilování

1. Place the cooking grate over the hot charcoal.
2. Place food directly on the cooking grate for direct grilling.
3. For indirect grilling (e.g., for larger cuts of meat or smoking), arrange charcoal on one side or in a ring, and place food on the opposite side of the cooking grate.
4. Use the lid to retain heat and smoke. The adjustable air vent on the lid allows you to control airflow and temperature. Open for higher temperatures, close for lower temperatures.

6. Údržba a čištění

Pravidelné čištění a údržba prodlouží životnost vašeho grilu.

• Po každém použití: Allow the grill to cool completely. Remove the cooking grate and charcoal grate. Scrape off any food residue with a grill brush.
• Likvidace popela: Empty the ash tray after each use. Ensure ashes are cold before disposal.
• Čisticí rošty: Wash cooking and charcoal grates with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent rust.
• Grill Bowl and Lid: Wipe the interior and exterior of the grill bowl and lid with a damp hadříkem. Na odolné skvrny použijte jemný prací prostředek.

• Food Sticking to Grate: Ensure the grate is clean and lightly oiled before placing food. Preheat the grate properly.
