4. Průvodce nastavením
4.1 Instalace baterie
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the monitor.
- Sejměte kryt ve směru šipky.
- Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
- Nasaďte kryt přihrádky na baterie zpět, dokud bezpečně nezacvakne.
4.2 Nasazení manžety na zápěstí

- Remove any tight clothing from your left wrist.
- Place the monitor on the inside of your left wrist, with the digital display facing upwards, on the same side as your palm.
- Ensure the cuff is positioned approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) from your palm.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist. It should be tight enough so that only one finger can fit between the cuff and your wrist.
- The cuff is designed for wrist circumferences between 5.3 inches and 7.7 inches.

5. Návod k obsluze
5.1 Před provedením měření
- Před měřením se alespoň 30 minut vyhněte jídlu, pití alkoholu, kouření nebo cvičení.
- Rest for 5-10 minutes in a quiet environment before taking a reading.
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs.
5.2 Provedení měření
- With the cuff properly applied to your left wrist, rest your elbow on a table.
- Position your wrist so that the monitor is at heart level. You can achieve this by lifting your arm or resting your wrist mid-chest. Maintaining heart level is critical for accuracy.
- Stiskněte tlačítko START/STOP button (usually marked with a power symbol). The cuff will begin to inflate using Smart Logic Technology to determine the optimal inflation level.
- Během měření zůstaňte v klidu a tiše. Nemluvte ani nehýbejte paží.
- Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
- If the Irregular Heartbeat Detection feature identifies an irregular pulse, a corresponding symbol will appear on the display. Consult your physician if this symbol appears frequently.
5.3 Using MAM Advantage Průměrný režim
The MAM (Microlife Average Mode) feature automatically takes three consecutive measurements and calculates their average for a more reliable result. To activate this mode, refer to the specific instructions in your monitor's display settings, typically by pressing a dedicated MAM button or holding the START button for a few seconds until the MAM symbol appears.
5.4 Recalling Memory Readings
The monitor stores up to 99 readings for two users. To view minulé čtení:

- Stiskněte tlačítko Paměť (M) button repeatedly to scroll through older readings. Each reading will show the date and time it was taken.
- To switch between User 1 and User 2 memory, refer to the specific user selection button or sequence described in your monitor's on-screen prompts.
6. Údržba a péče
6.1 Čištění monitoru
- Wipe the monitor and cuff gently with a soft, dry cloth.

6.3 Výměna baterie
When the battery indicator appears on the display, replace both AAA batteries promptly to ensure accurate operation. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in Section 4.1.
