Nastavení
1. Vybalení a kontrola
Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect the device for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not use the device and contact customer support.

2. Instalace baterie
The Rossmax CH155 requires 4 AA batteries (included). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the device. Open the cover and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.
3. Připojení manžety
Connect the air tube from the arm cuff to the air jack located on the side of the main unit. Ensure the connection is firm and secure to prevent air leakage during measurement.

1. Příprava na měření
- Nejezte, nepijte alkohol, nekuřte, necvičte a nekoupejte se 30 minut před měřením.
- Před měřením odpočívejte alespoň 15 minut.
- Posaďte se do pohodlné polohy s podepřenými zády a chodidly na podlaze.
- Položte si paži na rovný povrch tak, aby manžeta byla ve výšce srdce.
2. Nasazení pažní manžety
Wrap the cuff firmly around your bare upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
3. Měření
- Stiskněte tlačítko START/STOP tlačítko pro zapnutí zařízení.
- Manžeta se automaticky nafoukne. Během měření buďte v klidu a tiše.
- Jakmile je měření dokončeno, na obrazovce se zobrazí váš systolický tlak, diastolický tlak a tepová frekvence.
- Stiskněte tlačítko START/STOP znovu stiskněte tlačítko pro vypnutí zařízení, jinak se zařízení automaticky vypne po 1 minutě nečinnosti.

Údržba
- Čištění: Otřete zařízení a manžetu měkkým, suchým hadříkem. Nepoužívejte abrazivní čisticí prostředky ani zařízení neponořujte do vody.
- Skladování: Zařízení skladujte na chladném a suchém místě, mimo dosah přímého slunečního záření a extrémních teplot. Uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí.
