3. Nastavení

3.1 Instalace brusného pásu

  1. Ensure the sander is unplugged from the power source before attempting any adjustments or belt changes.
  2. Locate the quick belt change button or lever on the side of the sander. Press or lift it to release the tension on the sanding belt.

  4. Odstraňte starý brusný pás.
  5. Slide the new sanding belt onto the rollers, ensuring the arrows on the inside of the belt match the direction of rotation indicated on the sander.
  6. Release the quick belt change button/lever to tension the new belt.
  7. Use the precise belt adjustment selector to center the belt on the rollers. This prevents the belt from running off the side during operation.

  4. Regularly empty the dust bag to maintain optimal dust collection efficiency and prevent clogging.

4. Návod k obsluze

4.1 Bezpečnostní opatření

4.2 Zapnutí a vypnutí

  1. Plug the sander into a suitable 220V power outlet.
  2. To start the sander, press the ON/OFF trigger.
  3. For continuous operation, press the lock-on button while the trigger is engaged. This allows the sander to run without constant pressure on the trigger.
  4. To turn off the sander, release the trigger. If the lock-on button is engaged, press the trigger again to release the lock and then release the trigger.

4.3 Nastavení rychlosti

  1. The SB90 features a variable speed control dial. Rotate the dial to select the desired belt speed.

  3. Lower speeds are suitable for fine finishing and heat-sensitive materials, while higher speeds are ideal for rapid material removal.

4.4 Technika broušení

  1. Hold the sander firmly with both hands, utilizing the main and auxiliary handles for control.

  • Regularly inspect the sanding belt for wear, tears, or clogging. Replace worn belts promptly.
  • Check the rollers for any damage or excessive wear. Ensure they rotate freely.
