4. Nastavení

1. Příprava přívodu vzduchu: Connect your air compressor to a suitable air hose. Ensure the compressor is capable of providing 6 bar (90 PSI) operating pressure and an air consumption of 150-170 L/min. An in-line air filter/lubricator is recommended to ensure clean, dry, regulated air for optimal tool performance and longevity.
2. Připojení vzduchové hadice: Attach the air hose to the air inlet fitting on the straight grinder. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leaks.
3. Select and Install Grinding Stone:
   • Choose the appropriate grinding stone and mandrel (3mm or 6mm) for your application.
   • Insert the mandrel of the grinding stone into the collet of the grinder.
   • Using the provided wrenches, tighten the collet nut securely to hold the grinding stone in place. Do not overtighten.

4. Initial Air Test: Before operating on a workpiece, briefly connect the air supply and activate the grinder in a safe direction to ensure the grinding stone is securely attached and rotates smoothly without wobble.

2. Uchopte nástroj: Hold the straight grinder firmly with both hands if possible, or with one hand ensuring a stable grip. The ergonomic design provides comfortable handling.
3. Activate the Grinder: Press the trigger to start the grinder. The tool will reach its maximum speed of 22,000 RPM quickly.
