Nastavení

2. Sestava rukojeti: Insert the handle into the handle socket. Secure it according to the specific design (e.g., with a set screw or by twisting into place). Ensure it is firmly seated.
3. Bleeding the Hydraulic System: Air can become trapped in the hydraulic system during shipping or storage, affecting performance. To bleed the system:

Návod k obsluze

Zvedání vozidla:

1. Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface. Engage the parking brake and chock the wheels that will remain on the ground.
2. Locate the manufacturer-recommended lifting points on the vehicle's frame or chassis. Consult your vehicle's owner's manual.
3. Position the jack so the saddle is directly under the lifting point. Ensure the jack is stable and not on an incline.
4. Close the release valve by turning the handle clockwise until it is firm. Do not overtighten.
5. Pump the handle up and down to raise the saddle until it makes contact with the vehicle's lifting point.
6. Continue pumping the handle to lift the vehicle to the desired height. Lift only high enough to place jack stands.
7. Place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points. Ensure they are stable and on a firm surface.
8. Slowly open the release valve by turning the handle counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle onto the jack stands.
9. Once the vehicle is securely resting on the jack stands, remove the hydraulic jack.

Spouštění vozidla:

1. Ensure all tools and personnel are clear from under the vehicle.
2. Position the hydraulic jack under the vehicle's lifting point and raise it slightly to take the load off the jack stands.
3. Demontujte stojany zvedáku.
4. Slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise to open the release valve. The vehicle will begin to lower. Control the lowering speed by adjusting how much you open the valve.
5. Once the vehicle is fully lowered, remove the jack.

Údržba

• Hydraulická kapalina: Check the hydraulic fluid level periodically. To do this, lower the jack completely, remove the oil filler plug, and ensure the fluid is level with the bottom of the filler hole. Add high-quality hydraulic jack fluid if needed. Do not overfill.
• Mazání: Keep all moving parts, such as the pivot points and caster wheels, lightly lubricated with general-purpose grease or oil.
• Čištění: Keep the jack clean from dirt, grease, and corrosive materials. Wipe down the ram and pump piston after each use.
• Skladování: Store the jack in a clean, dry place with the ram fully retracted to protect it from rust and damage.
• Inspekce: Before each use, inspect the jack for any signs of damage, wear, or leaks. Do not use a damaged jack.
