This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Emerson 1F89-0211 Non-Programmable Thermostat. This thermostat is designed for use with heat pump systems (2 Heat / 1 Cool) and is compatible with Oil/gas/electric and millivolt applications. Its simple design offers reliable temperature control without complex programming.

Instalace
Bezpečnostní opatření
- Vypněte napájení to the heating/cooling system at the main fuse or circuit breaker panel before installation.
- This thermostat operates on 24 VAC or Millivolt systems. Ensure compatibility with your HVAC system.

Místo montáže
Install the thermostat on an inside wall, approximately 5 feet (1.5 meters) above the floor. Choose a location with good air circulation, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources (e.g., lamps, appliances, fireplaces).
Pokyny pro zapojení
- Vypněte napájení to the heating/cooling system.
- Odstraňte starý termostat ze zdi.
- Label the wires connected to your old thermostat with the corresponding terminal letters before disconnecting them.
- Připevněte novou základní desku termostatu na zeď pomocí dodaných šroubů.
- Connect the labeled wires to the appropriate terminals on the new thermostat. Refer to the wiring diagram specific to your heat pump system (typically found in your HVAC system's manual or by consulting a professional).
- Insert the two AA batteries into the battery compartment.

Operace
The Emerson 1F89-0211 thermostat features a simple interface for controlling your home's temperature.
Přepínač systému
The system switch allows you to select the operating mode for your HVAC system.
- CHLADNÝ: Aktivuje chladicí systém.
- OFF: Vypíná systémy vytápění i chlazení.
- TEPLO: Aktivuje systém vytápění.
Spínač ventilátoru
Spínač ventilátoru ovládá provoz ventilátoru vašeho systému.
- NA: Ventilátor běží nepřetržitě, bez ohledu na to, zda je aktivní systém topení nebo chlazení.
- AUTO: Ventilátor běží pouze tehdy, když je aktivně zapnuto topení nebo chlazení.
Nastavení teploty
Použijte Up (▲) a Dolů (▼) arrow buttons on the right side of the thermostat to adjust the desired temperature setting. The current temperature and set temperature will be displayed on the 2-inch LCD screen.
Údržba
Výměna baterie
The thermostat is dual-powered (hardwired or battery powered). If using batteries, replace the two AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
- Jemně stáhněte tělo termostatu z nástěnné desky.
- Vyjměte staré baterie AA.
- Vložte dvě nové alkalické baterie typu AA a dbejte na správnou polaritu (+/-).
- Nasaďte tělo termostatu zpět na nástěnnou desku.
Čištění
Očistěte vnější povrch termostatu měkkým hadříkemamp tkanina. Nepoužívejte abrazivní čisticí prostředky nebo rozpouštědla.
Odstraňování problémů
