4. Nastavení

Follow these steps to prepare your ROBERTS 10-480 Dual Air Glider for operation:

  1. Rozbalte komponenty: Remove the blower unit, air platforms, and hoses from the carrying case.
  2. Connect Hoses to Blower: Attach the air hoses securely to the output connectors on the blower unit. Ensure a tight fit to prevent air leakage.
  3. Connect Hoses to Platforms: Connect the other end of each air hose to the inlet on each lifting platform. Again, ensure connections are secure.
  4. Position Platforms: Carefully tilt the object you intend to move and slide one lifting platform underneath each side, ensuring they are centered and fully beneath the object's base. The platforms should be positioned to distribute the weight evenly.
  5. Připojení napájení: Plug the blower unit's power cord into a standard 120-volt electrical outlet. If using an extension cord, ensure it is rated for outdoor use and appropriate ampvymazat.

5. Návod k obsluze

Once the air glider is set up, follow these instructions for safe and effective operation:

  1. Activate Blower: Turn on the blower unit. You will hear the motor start, and the platforms will begin to inflate, creating an air cushion beneath the object. The object should visibly lift slightly off the ground.
  2. Testovací pohyb: Gently push the object to confirm it is floating on the air cushion and can be moved with minimal effort. If the object does not move freely, re-check platform placement and air hose connections.
  3. Guide the Object: With the object floating, carefully guide it to its desired location. Use steady, controlled movements. For large or heavy objects, it is recommended to have a second person assist with guiding and stabilizing.
  4. Úvahy o povrchu: The air glider performs best on smooth, hard surfaces like concrete, tile, or hardwood. For carpeted or uneven surfaces, it may be necessary to lay down temporary hardboard or fiberboard runners to create a smooth path.
  5. Soustružení: To turn the object, apply gentle pressure to one side while pushing forward. Avoid abrupt turns.
  6. Deactivate Blower: Once the object is in its final position, turn off the blower unit. The air platforms will deflate, and the object will settle back onto the floor.
  7. Remove Platforms: Carefully tilt the object again, if necessary, and remove the deflated platforms.
