1. Instalace baterie

Your scale comes with one long-life Lithium battery. Before first use, ensure the battery is correctly installed. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and insert the battery, observing the polarity indicators (+/-).

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring, as this can affect accuracy. Ensure the scale is stable before stepping on it.

3. Unit Selection (Pound/Kilogram)

Locate the unit switch (usually on the underside of the scale or near the battery compartment). Select your preferred unit of measurement: pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg).

4. Setting User Profiles

The scale can store data for up to 4 users. To set up a profile:

1. Stiskněte tlačítko ON button to activate the scale.
2. Stiskněte tlačítko SOUBOR button. The user number (P1-P4) will flash. Use the ▲ or ▼ buttons to select a user number, then press SOUBOR.
3. The gender icon will flash. Select male or female using ▲ or ▼a poté stiskněte SOUBOR.
4. The height will flash. Adjust your height using ▲ or ▼a poté stiskněte SOUBOR.
5. The age will flash. Adjust your age using ▲ or ▼a poté stiskněte SOUBOR.
6. The athlete mode icon will flash. Select ON or VYPNUTO pomocí ▲ or ▼a poté stiskněte SOUBOR potvrdit. Athlete mode is recommended for individuals who engage in intense physical activity for at least 10 hours per week and have a resting heart rate of 60 beats per minute or less.
7. The scale will display "0.0" and is ready for use.

1. Weight-Only Measurement

Chcete-li změřit pouze svou váhu:

1. Gently tap the center of the scale with your foot to activate it. The display will show "0.0".
2. Once "0.0" appears, step onto the scale with bare feet, standing still and centered.

2. Body Fat and Body Water Measurement

For body composition analysis, ensure your user profile is set up (as described in Setup, Section 4).

Péče a údržba

This usually indicates a low battery. Replace the Lithium battery with a new one. Ensure the battery is inserted with correct polarity.
