Before wearing your watch, you will need to set the time, day, and date.

Nastavení času

1. Pull the crown out to the outermost position (position 3).
2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to move the hands until the correct time is displayed. Ensure you set the correct AM/PM. The date will change when passing midnight.
3. Once the time is set, push the crown back into its normal operating position (position 1).

The day and date are set independently.

Používání nočního světla Indiglo

Your Timex Easy Reader watch features the Indiglo night-light for illumination in low-light conditions.

• To activate the Indiglo night-light, simply press and hold the crown (the button on the side of the watch).
• The entire watch dial will illuminate.

Poznámka: Frequent use of the Indiglo feature will consume battery power more quickly.

Your watch is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet). This means it is suitable for splashes or brief immersion in water. It is ne suitable for swimming, bathing, or diving. Avoid pressing the crown while the watch is wet or submerged.

Výměna baterie

The watch uses one Lithium Metal battery (CR 2016 Cell). When the watch stops or the Indiglo light dims significantly, the battery may need replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure the water resistance seal is maintained.

Hodinky otřete měkkým hadříkemamp cloth. For the stainless steel expansion band, a soft brush can be used to remove dirt from between the links. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
